Shipping Rates & Options
Domestic Shipping: We utilize reliable carriers (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure prompt delivery across the United States.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $150.
Expedited Shipping: Overnight and 2-Day shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that "Overnight" refers to the transit time once the carrier receives the package, not the time from when the order is placed.
International Shipping Compliance: We ship to most international destinations. However, it is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that the products ordered are legal for import into their specific country.
Customs & Duties: Taurus Peptides is not responsible for any customs delays, seizure, or additional import duties/taxes levied by the destination country.
Non-Refundable International Shipping: If an international package is returned to us due to customs issues, shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. REFUND AND RETURN POLICYALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the requirement for strictly controlled storage environments, Taurus Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges.
Integrity Guarantee: To ensure that every client receives fresh, untampered compounds, we cannot accept products back into our inventory once they have left our facility. We cannot verify the chain of custody or storage conditions of a returned item, and therefore, it cannot be resold.No "Change of Mind" Refunds: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded for a change of mind.
3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take great care in our packaging, but we understand that issues can occur during transit.
Reporting Window: Any claims for damaged, leaking, or incorrect items must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Documentation: To process a replacement claim, you must provide:Your Order Number.Clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged packaging and the product itself.
Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will issue a replacement for the affected items at no additional cost to you.
4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Taurus Peptides is no longer responsible for its transit.
Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed "Lost" by the carrier (tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days), we will initiate a claim and, upon confirmation, reship your order.
"Delivered" but Missing: If the tracking shows the package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. We are not responsible for packages stolen after a successful delivery. We highly recommend shipping to a secure location.
5. ADDRESS ERRORS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Correction Window: If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately. Once a tracking number has been generated, we cannot change the destination.
Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an "Insufficient Address" or "Moved" status provided by the Buyer, the Buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package to the corrected address.
